As an attorney in an international law firm in China, Ms. LIU's knowledge and integrity in the China business law arena, her accomplished court trials, and her reputation attracted significant levels of new business to the firm in ShenZhen, China. Ms. LIU presented consulting services in policy, legal, and research, provided due diligence processes for client risk and compliance, and established internal risk control systems for many international corporations while they invested in China. Her knowledgeable legal approach to risk mitigation and building proper corporate structures for Intellectual Property and manufacturing clientele has resulted in their operating successfully in mainland China. Ultimately, the Ministry of Justice's presenting the "2005 Best Law Firm of the Year" award to her 40-attorney Run & Race law firm for five straight years, indicates a supurb blend of legal knowledge and practical operational strengths for any international corporation wishing to expand into the increasingly rich and attractive marketplace of China. Additionally, with more than 10 years of academic experience teaching Chinese law, seven years of legal practice, and many years as an adjunct professor, she had prepared for the leadership needed to attract international corporations migrating to Mainland China. She is now in the US doing the same for bi-lateral trade between America and Asia, especially China. Ms. LIU received her LL.M. degree in from the University of Baltimore School of Law and, in China, her Court Attorney Certification in the city of ShenZhen, her University Law Lecturer Certification from Inner Mongolia, and her LL.B. at University of Inner Mongolia. She was a member of the China Bar Association and has participated in discovery procedures for leading law firms in Washington, D.C. She now resides in D.C. #
